Teaching the “Truth” About Slavery in Public Schools
A new law in Florida restricting how schools can teach the history of race and slavery in America has sparked much controversy. Many people claim white people are afraid to deal with the truth concerning slavery, and do not want the truth to be taught in public schools. In my mind, just about everyone these days seem to be afraid of having to deal with the reality of things. Much of the social push we see today supposedly “teaching” the “truth” about slavery in America, is actually anti-white racism posing as “social-justice.”
