Phil – The most vulnerable in our society

From 2008 through 2016, I documented homelessness on the streets of Chicago’s Loop area. I did what I could to try to ease the suffering of those who suffered from serious mental disabilities. I wish our society had the funding to hire a few people to spend time making sure folks like Phil have what they need. Somehow, we have billions to drop bombs around the world, but not enough resources to take proper care of the most vulnerable within our own society.
