  1. Chuck, so sorry to hear. I’m a long time follower from street photography days. I am also a nurse and completely agree about the chemo, although I realize everyone has to make their own choice. I admire your views on what may happen and not in denial even though you are understandably in shock. From what I’ve seen not being realistic causes much more pain and suffering. My thoughts are with you both.

    1. Don, thank you so much for your words of support and many years of viewing my publications. I will be posting an update later today. Thanks again for your support. We both appreciate it.

  2. “Work canceled, projects postponed, plans abandoned.” made me wonder about the burden of notifying everyone while facing such frightening uncertainty. Having someone trusted handle those updates, if that feels welcome, could leave a little more space for you and Anda without repeated explanations.

  3. Sorry to hear of your plight. With modern medicine i pray that she has a good recovery. The top place for care is UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center in Albuquerque. It’s the only NCI designated center in the state. Good Luck my friend. Godspeed.

  4. I’m sorry to hear this. It’s life altering, to say the least. My wife was diagnosed with lung cancer in March. She’s responding well to the treatment so far. But it made us look at life differently.
I hope nothing but the best for you both

    1. Thank you, and may your wife have a full recovery. Cancer tends to concentrate the mind on the truly important things.

      1. I will say that Keytruda has had the biggest impact I believe.

  5. Ian McCormick says:

I wish you both nothing but love and pray for your wife’s recovery.
