On January 6, 2021, Ashli Babbitt was fatally shot by Capital Police Officer, Lieut. Michael Byrd. Babbitt was shot while participating in an attack on the United States Capitol. Babbitt attempted to crawl through a broken window and into the House chambers. Many people who support Donald Trump believe Ashli Babbitt was murdered. There were four separate investigations which looked into the shooting, and all four investigations concluded that Byrd was acting within the law and according to his training. In this podcast I review the facts of the case.
