The air is crisp and cool here on this high desert spring morning. We have all the windows open, and a soft breeze gently sways the drapery cloth. One candle illuminates the room. Dogs snore in deep, peaceful sleep as the cock crows from across the distant prairie. 

By the light of one candle, I can see the entire history of humanity flash across the genetic memories of my mind. Soon I shall feed the pigs and walk the dogs while Dawn slowly crawls over the mountain.
