I recently discovered a book that could rightfully be called “the darkroom bible.” If you’re a black and film photographer like me, then this book will give you a ton of useful information about making all kinds of developers, fixers, toners, and so much more. The actual name of the book is The Darkroom Cookbook. In this one volume, you get a complete history, glossary, and reference book for anything you could possibly need to know about making your own darkroom chemistry.
