What a good feeling it is to take an empty section of Earth and, with your own two hands, create something useful and lasting. I finished cutting and installing the roof rafters on this 12×14 cabin-style shed that I’m building. Having the skills to build real structures in the real world is a power that brings more freedom and more fulfillment than anything that happens in the digital world. It seems that we as people traded convenience and instant gratification for our humanity. People gather more stuff and forfeit real kills these days. I love working with my hands, digging in the soil, burning under the flame of the Sun. I love living on Earth!
