Alzheimer’s Disease – “I’m still here but yet I’m gone”

I’ve been a fan of Glen’s music ever since I was a kid. Glen is truly a talented man. Campbell has been battling Alzheimer’s disease since 2011, and just recently released his final single and music video:

This was my grandmother just days before she passed away from Alzheimer’s disease in 2011. She was the best grandmother this world has ever produced.
