Life on the Llano- Meat gathering

Life couldn’t be any better. Anda and I are cultivating our home. We’re focusing on food resources. We have pigs for meat, chickens for eggs, and what I can harvest from the land. I’ve been bow-hunting carp. It tastes awesome, but the bones are crazy. I’m going to pressure-can some next week. That should take care of the bones. You could put a golf ball in the canner and it would come out tender. My goal is to not have to buy any meat from a store. Our pantry is packed full, and we’re ready for any food shortage. The Jews have the entire world turned upside down at the moment. Eight billion people have to pay the price due to the actions of two men.
